Well I did figure out that staying on my toes and leaning forward pretty much made my passing 100 times better with these balls, for some reason I really didnt have to do that with other balls haha. Overall, the Mikasa MVA200 Indoor Volleyball provide a great volleyball experience with its iconic 8-panel dual-color swirl design, advanced aerodynamic engineering, exclusive soft micro-fiber cover, nylon wound center and Leak Shield butyl bladder. I take it with me to open gyms and people love using it just because everyone knows it's the official ball, even though there's a newer one out already. The slightly denser feel of this ball compared to the crappy 18 panel Wilson and Baden balls at my gym makes it easier for me to place my sets, though hitting requires a bit more precision on the player's part. I don't understand this either as most junior tournaments (including nationals) use varying Molten balls. A lot of people hate using this vball b/c they are not used to it and find it very difficult to play with it.
