It's important not to take or use more than your prescribed dose, even if you think it's not enough to relieve your pain. Speak to your doctor first if you think you need a different dose. The thermal stability of the obtained patches was tested using thermogravimetric analysis. If you are within the first 6 months of pregnancy or breastfeeding, speak to your doctor or a Chemist 4 U pharmacist before using these patches. Do NOT use this product if you are within the last 3 months of pregnancy. Although no harmful effects when using the patches whilst breastfeeding, it is recommended that you do not apply this medicated plaster directly on to the breast.Before taking or using buprenorphine, you'll usually start on a low dose of another type of opioid, such as morphine. This is increased slowly until your pain is well controlled. After systemic application, only small amounts of ibuprofen and its metabolites pass into the breast milk.
